Refund Policy 

At American Aesthetics Apparel Inc., we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Eligibility for Refund 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be: 
  • Unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it 
  • In its original packaging 
  • Returned within 30 days of the purchase date 
  • Not a final sale or clearance item 
  • Non-eligible items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

How to Request a Refund 

To request a refund, please email us at info@american-aesthetics-apparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 days and credit it back to your original method of payment. 

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as requesting a refund and indicate the item you would like to exchange it for. If the item you are exchanging it for is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference.
